A BIT ABOUT ME
Since 2010 I have worked with cyclists, runners and triathletes ranging from first timers to world class competitors. I believe in creating programs that incorporate strength, endurance, mobility and nutrition but also take into account work, life, balance and mindfulness. My aim is to help you identify what your goals are, what you need and then deliver a program that will motivate and inspire you to accomplish your goals. I have also completed Training Peaks university and am certified with USAT, USA Cycling, NICA, Ironman, AFPA and FRCms.
ABOUT M3E COACHING
Michelle's coaching philosophy is based on science, inspiration and motivation. My approach starts with listening to the athlete's why and from there a plan is created to take you; a beginner to world class endurance athlete, to the next level of performance while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
I help athletes reach their personal athletic goals, whether those goals are finishing an event, getting faster, taking on a new challenge or anything in between.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
Hear What Others Have to Say
One aspect which I think sets Michelle apart is to adapt to an athlete whose goals may shift mid-season. I thought in July my season was over due to a calf strain, but working with my PT Michelle developed a modified plan to get me to the starting line for Chicago and helped me set a PR by over 55 minutes.
K.N. - Marathon
Michelle is knowledgable about not only the sport of triathlon, but the science and biology of endurance athletics. One of her main strengths is that she is really able to match what her clients are looking for- i.e. I have a science background she she explains the science and data to me of what we are doing. I couldn't imagine planning a season without her.
N.S. - Triathlete
My goal when I started training with Michelle was to have someone tell me what to do to make me race smarter and faster. She is always ready to race plan, explain why we are doing what we are and doesn't flinch when I add in a new race or stupid ride.
